Chair of the Research Advisory Group for the CIPD/UKCES/CMI/IIP/CMI Valuing your Talent research and engagement programme

Bringing together a group of industry professionals interested in people metrics, to advise on the development and delivery of the VyT research and engagement programme. The group is expected to meet in London a minimum of 4 times a year and act as a ŒCritical Friend¹ to VyT. It is expected to provide the Programme Board with advice and guidance in regards to research development.
