This workshop, jointly organised by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and Lancaster University, brings together stakeholders from Kuching’s Sustainable City initiative and university students to engage in dialogue and action on climate change. Through expert lectures, community sharing sessions, and interactive activities, participants will explore climate challenges specific to Sarawak, exchange perspectives on sustainable urban development, and develop practical green skills that support low-carbon living. The event fosters collaboration between policymakers, practitioners, and young people, ensuring that local voices and future leaders are actively shaping pathways toward a more sustainable Kuching.
