Workshop on How are you doing?: A conversation about wellbeing in research
In this workshop we will explore imposter syndrome, that sense of not being good enough, and the factors involved in creating this belief, the sustaining of it and what helps us to untangle this belief and recognise we are good enough. We will begin with a couple of creative exercises to support the development of a safe space and reflect on our wellbeing and wellbeing in Higher Education. Gaby and Andy will then share their experiences, before introducing the topic of imposter syndrome. In small groups we will discuss our experiences. We will finish with a creative exercise focusing on what would help our wellbeing and what we do to support our wellbeing.
