Academic Committee Member of the Diversity and Development Committee of the Judicial College

I am the first external member of the diversity and development committee. The committee is responsible for developing and modernising the training and development for the judiciary across the United Kingdom, as well as ensuring that the work of the judiciary is compliant with equality laws.
