Jointly chaired by Dion Williams (LU) and Sarah Davies (Director of Corporate Operations Lancaster City Council) this established a strategic sharing hub to facilitate collaboration between LU and LCC. This has progressed a range of projects e.g. the canal quarter development and the Mainway project.
