Magma-Cryosphere Interactions on Mars, heat transfer
mechanisms and surface morphology:
Magma-cryosphere interactions appear to have been a widespread geological
process on the planet Mars. Using laboratory analogue experiments I have been
investigating the physical and thermal processes which take place during these
interactions and what impact these processes may have had on surface features
already identified on Mars.
