The purpose of the 6th LAEMOS Colloquium is to share empirical and theoretical research on the multiplicity of logics that shape current forms of organizing in and beyond Latin American and European societies. My presentation - "Valuation assemblages within informal markets in the global south: The case of urban piracy in Recife, Brazil." - explored how valuation of music media is performed within informal markets in the Brazilian context. The paper associated with the presentation is to be published as a future journal article.
