OCR Physics Conference – The Universe stripped bare

Activity: Public engagement and outreachSchools engagement

The Naked Scientists are a media-savvy group of physicians and researchers from Cambridge University who use radio, live lectures, and the Internet to strip science down to its bare essentials, and promote it to the general public.

This one-day conference, supported by OCR, aimed to equip physics educators with up-to-date and curriculum specification-relevant knowledge of what's hot and what's happening in the fast-moving fields of astronomy, cosmology, nuclear and particle physics.
