Post Graduate Researcher for Campus in The City Project

For this project, as a Post Graduate researcher, I formulated all the interview questions for the public, participants and decision makers of the project. I conducted over 30 interviews with all the project participants from Lancaster University Academics, students as well as with the public and local businesses in St Nicolas Arcade in Lancaster City Centre. Besides all, I also carried out online survey. All the outcomes have been used by FASS Enterprise Office to produce brochures and feedback for future CITC projects. About the Project: Campus in the City was an 11 week project run by FASS Enterprise Officer Joe Buglass in partnership with St Nicholas Arcades. It was an innovative public engagement project overseen by the FASS Enterprise Centre. From January to March an empty commercial unit was utilised for a wide variety of public engagement activities run by academics, researchers and students from all areas of the University. This was a pilot project which, which has the potential to become a permanent fixture in the city centre.
