Contribution to routine dynamics theory and working groups - Sub-theme 03: (SWG) Routine Dynamics, Innovation and Creativity. The Role of Liminality in Routine Change paper was presented in the Emergence of Routine theme chaired by Martha Feldman. This paper was shown full interest from renowned Routines scholars such as Martha Feldman, Brian Pentland, Carlo Salvato and Luciana D’Adderio. They acknowledged that within the organisation routines literature, less attention has been given to how a routine is actually emerged.
