Invited speaker for Workshop: Understanding practice and research/exploring your practice.
The purpose of workshop 1 is to develop participants’ understanding of creative practice as research by going through a number of examples from a range of fields; highlighting some general considerations about practice research; identifying strategies to explore one’s field; explaining practice research in the REF context. The workshop will also provide space for participants to discuss their practice in relation to research.
