Recording of conversational clips to be used within an outreach theatre show performance, designed to challenge children's perceptions of fairness linked to engineering. The concept also speaks to the unfairness around women in engineering being called upon more frequently for outreach, to demonstrate diversity, but subsequently having less time to focus on progressing their career within engineering. The recorded conversation therefore minimises the participating engineer's time, but still retains the presence of diverse role models.
