Professor David Sugarman (Lancaster University Law School and Centre for Law and Society) spent the period 15 March -9 April 2010 at Boston University Law School as Visiting Professor and at Harvard Law School, where he delivered lectures on the globalisation of the legal profession, responses to massive violations of human rights and legal history. He also undertook and completed research using the archives and allied resources of Harvard University.
