Dr Agata Fijalkowski interviews officials in Romania on transnational justice

Dr Agata Fijalowski (Law) was in Bucharest, Romania recently, to interview officials at the National Council for the Study of Securitate Archives (CNSAS) as part of an ongoing project on transitional justice. The CNSAS is the official authority which administers the archives of the former security intelligence archives - access to these archives and disclosure of past activities on the part of the former intelligence service is a significant part of transitional justice in Romania and post-Communist Europe.
