HR/Vebnet Reward Survey: personalised perks work best

Press/Media: Research

Description

Commenting on the findings of the latest HR/Vebnet survey, Professor Paul Sparrow, Director of the Centre for Performance-led HR, believes this to be a serious problem for HR. He said: "The majority of employees have said they would prefer cash to benefits and I think there is a paradigm shift in reward. Looking to the future, employees reward behaviour will change significantly. If HR doesn't know what staff want, it could signal the end of reward, or indeed, HR".
