IAS building now occupied

Description

Colleagues have now taken up residence in the IAS Building. The building covers four floors, with a range of flexible meeting rooms on the ground floor and research space on the upper three floors. The building currently houses the IAS itself, the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences offices, the Lancaster Literacy Research Centre and the ESRC Centre for the Economic and Social Aspects of Genomics. The building will be officially opened on 29 November 2005 by Frances Cairncross, CBE, Chair of the Economic and Social Research Council.
