The History Department is delighted to announce that Dr Deborah Sutton has been awarded a £26,196 Leverhulme Research Fellowship to work on a project entitled "The Hindu Temple and Modernity: Devotion, Governance and Aesthetics, 1800-1946." The award will run from October 2011 until April 2013.
