Research overview

Adam is a statistician and data scientist with a focus on spatiotemporal statistics. Adam's application interests include oceanography and fluid dynamics, biomedical sciences, planetary geophysics, and revenue management. Methodological interests span time series and spatial statistics, including frequency-domain analysis, stochastic modelling, parameter estimation, simulation, and hypothesis testing.

PhD supervision

I am interested in supervising PhD students in the broad areas of time series and spatial statistics. Proposals are welcome in developing methodological and computational advances in space-time “big data” analysis, as well as the application of such methods in areas including oceanography, climate, public health, and finance.
