Alice Jesmont

Role and responsibilities

I started work in C SALT, Educational Research in January 1995 and I am now the Programme Co-ordinator for our Part-Time Taught Doctoral programme in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning. I also support the members of the Centre for Technology Enhanced Learning.

I am also the Administrator for the Networked Learning Conference, a bi-annual research-based conference on networked learning in higher education and lifelong learning and Membership Secretary for the Gender & Education Association.

I spend a lot of my spare time working for local community groups, treasurer for Forton Field Day and PCC secretary for St James Church, Forton.

Prior to working at Lancaster I was a Front of House Manager in various hotels around the country with a special interest in Personnel & Training.
