Additional Information

I am convenor of DeLC's first year intensive language and context module,  ITAL100 (Intensive Italian),   and I  contribute to ITAL301i teaching final year translation  (Italian into English) and language study.

I convene DeLC100, a non-credit-bearing skills-based module designed to support all of DeLC's first year students during their first year of learning.

I am DeLC's Part I Director of Studies and Academic Officer.

Other Interests and Hobbies

I am interested in Organized Crime and the Antimafia effort in Sicily and Southern Italy.

I am involved with the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, nationally and locally here in Lancaster. 

I like holidays to sunny places and I like spending time in Italy, Naples and Sicily in particular.

My hobbies include crafting, book-binding, card-making and playing violin and piano.
