Research overview

As part of the Corpus Approaches to Social Sciences research centre, I use corpus linguistics methods to investigate discourses of health(care) communication. My current focus is on discourses of depression on social media, particularly in the covid context.

Other Interests and Hobbies

I am passionate about music-making being accessible to all. I also love mountains, squirrels and Chinese poetry.
