Career Details

After completing a PhD in Organisation Studies in France, I moved to the UK to work as a research associate at Loughborough University between 2015 and 2017, collaborating on the ESRC project “Making the zero-carbon standard home: Understanding project-firm innovation in UK house building” in collaboration with three large and medium-size organisations from the British construction industry.

I arrived at Lancaster University in September 2018, after a year working as a teaching fellow at the Universty of Leicester in the School of Business.

Research overview

I am interested in phenomenology, bodies, affect, gender and queer studies, innovation and alternative forms of organising, and am currently researching people's relationship with (paid and unpaid) work in the queer community from a queer phenomenology perspective.

Current Teaching

I am currently teaching on OWT.250, MNGT.321 and OWT.326
