My PhD research project focuses on the dramatic works of Harold Pinter. I particularly use Pinter's plays as a means for reading and interpreting the interrelationship between the ethical and the political. I mainly explore the questions of alterity, hospitality and postsubjectivity by drawing on the philosophical-ethical theroies of Derrida and Levinas.
