Innan Sasaki is Lecturer in Strategic Management, Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation. Previously she worked as guest research associate in University of Kyoto in Japan. Innan teaches competitive and corporate strategy and family business in MSc and Undergraduate programmes. 

 

Research Interests

Innan's research interests include tradition, history, and time in organization studies, organizational culture, and institutional theory. She studies craft firms and family firms. Her work has received best paper awards and is published in leading peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the European Group of Organization Studies and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.

Qualifications

Doctor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Laudatur) in 2015. University of Turku, Turku School of Economics, Finland.
