My current research considers the measurement, evidence of, and causes behind, greater socio-economic related health inequalities on the UK coast.

Graduate Teaching Assistant: Principles of Economics B (Econ 102) 2015/16
I held a previous role at the Manchester Centre for Health Economics (University of Manchester) 2013-2015. The role was as an NIHR Research Methods Fellow, during which time I completed an MSc Economics (Economics of Health), and worked as a research assistant: developing research questions, writing papers and presenting at conferences.
My initial work at MCHE considered how changes to the age of invitation to cervical cancer screening impacted uptake, and if there were any spillover effects into other health care use. Following this, my interests turned to unhealthy behaviours in children affected their participation in education.
