Research overview

My main academic interest is applying frameworks of critical discourse studies to social media data. My PhD research looks at argumentation and persuasion strategies in online anti-feminist forums.

I also co-convene the Language, Ideology and Power research group and teach seminars on LING102 and LING221

Research Interests
