My research interest lies between supply chain management and business services operation. My current research is on product services systems innovation and strategy particularly in business to business services that cover operation and supply aspect.
I have been in academia industry more than 5 years as a lecturer at Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA ( UiTM), Malaysia. My roles in teaching students for the subjects of Operation Management and Supply Chain Management. This experience provide me a great platform to pursue my doctoral research in Operation Management at Management School, Lancaster University. Currently I'm working with Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) and on study leave for my PhD research.
