Research overview

An examination of the concepts of procedure and substance in the Law Commission of India's report on unfair terms (unconscionability) in relation to The Indian Contract Act 1872. 

Career Details

Before coming to Lancaster, I was a practicing Lawyer at Bombay High Court,India. I also, worked as an advocate/associate in Singhania and Partners (solicitors and advocates). I worked with clients including The World Bank,ABB, Ricoh, Mead Johnson, Standard & Poor, Woodgroup, Wilmar pte (singapore), Rural Electrification Corporation of India, etc. I also worked as a Manager of the Legal Department of Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd (Hinduja Group).
