Research overview

Analysing the default risk, efficiency and performance and the trade off between efficiciency and risk in Islamic banks. My research also extends to analyse the yeild spreads of Islamic bonds also known as Sukuks and to analyse the detereminants of the same. Important from a prudential supervisory aspect as it helps highlights early warning signs in case of failures and poor performances.
