My interests are in the field of resource and environmental management. I am particularly interested in the development of institutional arrangements for integrated land and water management in different parts of the world. Currently, my research is focussed on the emergence of alternative systems of governance and the role of negotiation, mediation and public participation in land and water management. On-going research projects are located in South East Nigeria, Canada and the UK.
