Formerly at Lancaster University
My primary research interests are centred around software and systems engineering, particulalrly: system requirements, knowledge elicitation and management, self-adaptive systems, high-integrity systems engineering and mental health informatics.
I offer PhD supervision in any areas related to my research interests.
I'm Professor of Software Systems Engineering. The information displayed here is generated from our PURE content management system - it sometimnes gets things wrong (you'll see duplicate Journal paper entries, for example). If you're interested in doing a PhD or are interested in finding out more about my research, you can check out my im-PURE web pages that are contaminated with links to projects and other goodies as well as another cheesy photo: http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/~sawyer/index.html
