Thesis Title

Returning to Work Post Burnout: A Narrative Approach

Thesis Outline

I am conducting qualitative research into the return to work phase post burnout for a PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing. The aim of the research is to look at the narratives and stories people tell about their experiences of returning to work after burning out, with emphasis on giving participants a voice to share their stories, and look for any themes that may arise between the participant group.
