Shao Hung Goh is PhD candidate in Management Science at Lancaster University. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Shao Hung’s research interests include supply chain integration, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and the continuous reinvention of the third-party logistics (3PL) business model.
