Chen Liu is a final year PhD student in the Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Innovation, LUMS. He is a graduate of Nanjing University (China) and Lancaster University (UK). He has BA and MA in Sociology (Economy & Society) and a MSc in Applied Social Statistics. Before starting his PhD, he worked on Chinese businesses in Greater Manchester for the Lancaster China Management Centre, and taught research methods and social statistics at Jiangsu Normal University, China. His main interests are Economic Sociology, mixed methods of qualitative and quantitative research and social networking in business development.
