Zhifang Zhang is a Ph.D. student in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University Management School (U.K.). Her research interests are in the area of corporate governance, especially executive compensation. She received a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University (U.K.), a M.Sc. in Management Science from London School of Economics (U.K.) and a M.Res. in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University (U.K.). She has been awarded the Princess Alexandra medal for the best student for both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Lancaster University.
