Becta commissioned this study, as far as we are aware, the first with a specific focus on exploring uses of technologies by young people who are not in employment, education and training. Findings indicated that young people who are NEET are widely different, but that their access to technologies was high. The study identified a range of further work and possible projects worthy of trial in this field.
