Associated organisations
The project will consider how human rights addresses the question of boundaries: the way in which human rights are applicable to bounded communities; how human rights constructs bounded identities of the self and other; how bounded normative regimes can engage with each other; and how the state law system should engage with other normative systems including those of indigenous peoples.
