Abstract

Injection mould cavities and EDM electrodes were produced from High Speed Selective Jet Electrodeposition (HSSJE) and from machined copper blocks. The performance of the electrodes in the EDM process and the surface finish of the tools produced were studied. Studies were made into optimising the HSSJE build process.
