Abstract

A school visit to the exhibition, folllowed 2 School workshops to create Tastes of Sustainability, which were then served at the exibitions public talks and forum - ca.20 school children plus teachers and 2 facilitators, plus Brantwood chef and ca. 50 forum attendees benefitted.
