An edited edition with new chapters dealing with: Ruskin’s relationship with and travels in the Alps, including his geological and botanical studies (SW); Ruskin’s Diary for 1844 and its relation to the Flora (DSI); Ruskin’s ‘personal intellectual botanical journey’ and the place of the Flora in it (DSI); and alpine botany (DSI).
