The Basic Skills Learner Awards Ceremony was held during Adult Learners Week and managed by The Network to recognise outstanding learner achievement in basic skills in the Greater Manchester area.

The ceremony took place on 20th May 2004 at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester.
