REAP evaluated the Bright Links Engineering e-mentoring scheme which is a 3 year scheme run by the Royal Academy of Engineering in partnership with Brightside (an education charity). The scheme is intended to inspire and support engineering Further Education (FE) students in their educational transitions and career progression.
