LUMS pump prime funding award (£1500) MDA6006: project with Executive MBA students to design, pilot and evaluate co-constructed coaching as a leadership learning intervention
Key findings
intervention was found to to useful and adopted as part of the Leadership and OB module within the Executive MBA. Two journal articles, both in Management Learning, resulted from the research.
