How can digital technologies contribute to the development of teachers’ successful inclusive pedagogies: A pilot study

Project: Research

Description

Digital technologies can offer disabled children unprecedented opportunities to access the curriculum independently and learn alongside their peers (European Schoolnet, 2014), particularly when inclusive digital pedagogies are adopted (Cranmer, 2017). Through the identification, assessment and development of inclusive practices using digital technologies, this project will provide much needed guidance for practitioners and policymakers to support progress in this area.

The aims of this pilot project therefore are to:
• Identify, assess and support the development of digital inclusive pedagogical practices;
• identify the key factors at different levels that support class teachers to develop inclusive digital pedagogies.
