Informing Policy for the Alternative Care of Children with Albinism Vulnerable to Attacks

Description

The proposed project builds on Professor Charlotte Baker’s existing collaboration with the UN Independent Expert on Albinism, Muluka Miti-Drummond (2021-present) and the former Independent Expert Ikponwosa Ero (2015-2021). This project supports research and evidence gathering on alternative accommodations for children with albinism at risk of attacks in countries such as Madagascar, to inform evidence-based policy making.
