KTP The Knowledge Transfer Partnership Learning through partnership in South Lakes area of Barrow. This three year project is funded by the ESRC through the KTP scheme. It is a three year project that is researching and evaluating the ways in which partnerships between schools, the voluntary sector, the Health and Social Services and small to medium sized businesses produce learning opportunities. The KTP associate is Katie Carr who is based in Barrow.
