The project has to aspects to it: firstly, it will establish a series of workshops aimed at providing knowledge to SME's in the legally complex discrimination law field. It is aimed at developing participant's understanding of the legal and business obligations under the Equality Act and beyond; secondly, participants will be invited to join an online network through which everyday problems, problem solving and best practice will be discussed.
