This project will build 10 low-power, low-cost magnetometers and deploy them across the UK. These magnetometers will significantly increase the density of the magnetic field measurements and improve the modelling of ground-induced currents. The data from these magnetometers will be also used to improve the accuracy and availability of our AuroraWatch UK service.
