Drawing on longitudinal qualitative and quantitative data generated from a network aimed to solve strategic issues facing its members (Swedish expatriates) in China, this project aims to examine the antecedents, effects, and outcomes of ‘open strategy’. Open strategy refers to activities relating to the development of ideas, solutions, tools, practices, and processes that are of strategic relevance to those who engage in such activity.
