This research seeks to explore and bring together queer discourses within the Medical Humanities. It asks: how can approaching Medical Humanities research through a queer lens improve healthcare for LGBTQIA+ patients. The Queer Medical Humanities Network was set up with its initial seed meeting, funded by the FASS Health Hub, in July 2023.
